Privacy Policy
Last updated: 07/11/2026
The law and notary office of Adv. Gad Weissfeld ("the Office") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, who it may be shared with and what your rights are, in accordance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. The Hebrew version of this policy prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The Office controls the data collected on this site: Adv. Gad Weissfeld, Beit Amot Mishpat, 8 Sderot Sha'ul HaMelech, Tel Aviv-Yafo. Phone +972-3-6919797, email gadlawnotary@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Information you enter in the contact form: name, phone, email and your message.
- Information you enter in the enduring power of attorney quick check: who it is for, age range, the matters involved, urgency and preferred meeting type, plus your name and phone.
- The content of a chat with the website's digital assistant, if you choose to use it.
- Basic technical data logged automatically by our hosting provider to run and secure the site (such as IP address, browser type and time of access).
Please do not include sensitive details beyond what is needed in your first message. Detailed information will be provided in a meeting and kept under attorney-client confidentiality.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry.
- To schedule a consultation or notary service.
- To provide you with legal services, if you choose to engage us.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
Your data will not be used for marketing messages without your explicit consent.
4. Is providing data mandatory
There is no legal obligation to provide the data; doing so is voluntary and with your consent. Without contact details, however, we cannot get back to you.
5. Who we may share it with
The Office does not sell, rent or trade personal data. Data may be shared only:
- With service providers that help run the website and office, strictly as needed — our hosting provider (Vercel), email provider (Google), email delivery service (Resend), a WhatsApp alert service for the Office (CallMeBot — name and phone only, when you complete the quick check) and WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through it. Messages to the digital assistant are sent to the AI provider Anthropic solely to generate a reply; the Office does not store the chat unless you choose to send it to us. A question the assistant cannot answer is e-mailed to the Office — after phone numbers, e-mail addresses and ID-like numbers are removed automatically — so that an answer can be added. Some of these providers store data outside Israel.
- When required by law or by an order of a competent authority.
6. Third-party services and cookies
The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It embeds a Google Maps map and links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and our clients' websites. These services operate under their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies.
7. Security and retention
The Office takes reasonable, accepted measures to protect your data and keeps it confidential. Data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided for, or as required by law.
8. Your rights
- The right to access the data held about you.
- The right to ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
- The right to ask us to delete data, subject to the law.
- The right to opt out of marketing messages.
For privacy requests: gadlawnotary@gmail.com or +972-3-6919797. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on the site is the binding version; the update date appears at the top of the page.
