Enduring Power of Attorney

An enduring power of attorney lets you, while you are of sound mind, appoint someone you trust to handle your personal, medical and financial affairs in the future.

Without one, if decision-making capacity is lost, the court may appoint a guardian — not always the person you would choose. Adv. Weissfeld is licensed by the Ministry of Justice to draft enduring powers of attorney.
